Saloon
The live-aboard experience is uncompromisingly luxurious. At 40.7m², the fully air-conditioned saloon is exceptionally spacious, with 360˚ visibility through panoramic glass windows. The wengé-floored saloon and teak-floored aft deck are integrated on one level via the wide, recessed sliding doors and window to seamlessly blend the indoor and outdoor spaces. Automated front-opening windows and hatches plus a fan increase natural airflow. All windows have recessed Ocean Air automated blinds.
The custom-designed furniture throughout the Air Yacht maximises the use of space and features ergonomically designed curved edges and rounded corners, while the interior wengé floors are topped with plush pile carpets. Luxuriously upholstered sofas provide expansive seating for six around the bespoke walnut-and-leather coffee table. A section of the sofa forms a chaise, which can be converted into a double bed. This is the ideal spot to put up your feet and watch a movie on the drop-down cinema screen (the projector is in a hidden compartment next to the lamp). Side tables around the saloon include concealed charging panels, and extra storage is built into the couch. When you want to dine inside, the solid walnut dining table comfortably seats eight people.
The saloon’s fully equipped helm station with its leather desk gives the skipper a complete overview of the yacht while inside. Here you will find two large B&G chart plotters with built-in electric and electronic controls that are relayed through the NMEA 2000 intelligent boat-monitoring backbone. The state-of-the-art Fusion Marine sound system with concealed speakers and amplifiers that is zoned throughout the boat is also accessed from here.
Much attention has been paid to lighting throughout the Air Yacht. Digitally controlled and automated CZone lighting can set the mood at the touch of a button, with a range of options that include everything from party lighting to red lights for night vision when you’re underway. Freestanding lamps add to this mood lighting, and LED light fittings increase energy efficiency.
